Until I embarked on my travel journey 3 years ago. I was the most strict, health-conscious eater in my family. I ate only whole real foods, I drank organic shakes, juiced and limited my caffeine and sugar intake.

This was also around the time I was sober curious, so even my alcohol intake was decreased. I was pretty fit. Everyone always said once you hit 30, it all goes downhill. That never happened to me.

Fast forward 3 years, it is a much different story. When you are traveling, surviving a pandemic, volunteering, and eating what is available. I was not making the healthiest choices.

Now that the world is opening back up. I have found a semi-permanent home. I decided I need to get some of that old inspiration back and start being nice to my body again.

Exercise has never been an issue. I am a faithful yogi, and I walk everywhere. The issue for me is sugar, coffee, and caffeine.
