Ok in the picture my cheese is not inside. It either comes where you have to place the cheese inside the hot chocolate yourself, or next to your cup.

With the expectation, you eat them together!

When I first heard of it, I honestly was disgusted. Who does that?

Well, apparently Colombians, and now me. It is actually delicious. I dislike eating cheese. I eliminated most dairy from my diet for many years.

Then I started traveling. Out the window, that went.

Most countries, especially in Latin America, love cheese! So I do not go looking for cheese, but I will try new things, specific to that country.
