a DL in the US is not free..

…imed in and mentioned that my EU DL is also not valid in the US, so I have to get a new American DL. Then someone responded, saying it’s such an easy process in the US, and it’s even free! But Spain is charging arm and leg.
In America, Everything Is Easier Than In Spain (Europe). Is It?

a DL in the US is not free.. they must have their facts wrong.. you have to pay and then pay to renew, and take a test. I know because I dont have one and to renew it will cost me!
