A quick trip around the globe
August will mark my fourth anniversary of quitting my full-time ICU job and traveling.
It was the most significant leap of my life.
I was scared and nervous. I had all kinds of questions, what if it doesn’t work out, what if it does, what if I hate it, am I meant to be doing this? The list can go on and on.
Yet I put all my doubts aside; they were from my head, not my heart.
My heart was jumping for joy, and just like how the grinches heart grew, so did mine when I stepped on that plane with a one-way ticket and no plans except one night in a hostel in Bogota, Colombia.
I have seen the most amazing full moon in Cape Town, South Africa, danced Bachata on a beach in Malaysia.
That was the start of my journey. I guess I have not stopped. The adventure continues.
