COlombian families are the exact same. I live with my boyfriend and his mom.. she does get on my nerves sometimes. Mainly because she does all the house stuff, but to be honest I like to cook too.. and feel a bit pushed out. Anyway.. I think consumerism has caused so many problems that most people are even deaf to hear it! They think they neeeeed everything! It's crazy, I feel we at least escaped the US crazy consumerism culture.
