Completely agree that something you love has to replace the good. I have again quit coffee. I did a two month experiment where i noticed coffee in the mornign with sugar led me to make unhealthy choices throughout they day, yet when i start my day with tea or lemon water both without sugar, i do not crave sugar throughout the day! But i always do everything by experiements on myself to see what works! Great read, luckily i never had a smoking addiction.
