What do you regret in your life, was my first article biased? Back in November, I wrote an article about regret.

I had a lot of comments, yet of course, those that always stand out to us are the ones that are “negative” however, I never think of any comment as unfavorable unless you full-on hate on me, which is ok too, we are all entitled to our opinion.

“Let me never fall into the vulgar mistake of dreaming that I am persecuted whenever I am contradicted.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson, Emerson in His Journals

So I had a few people dislike that I stated I had patients that regretted having children; they asked if my sample size was biased. Maybe it was, who knows. I just talked to my patients.

With that said, yes, I have to agree that was a few and far between. Of course, I cherry-picked the responses to fit my narrative.

Isn’t that what we do? We take what we want from a situation?
