did you stop drinking caffeine before you got the headaches? When i had patients in the hospital a lot of them got headaches from caffeine withdrawals, the first thing they always wanted was coffee after surgery.

Sometimes i stand on my head, or sit with my feet up the wall to get fresh blood flow.. sometimes it helps!
