Going into my cave and really assessing what is important in my life and what I want without all the noise.

I guess I think of safety and security more of an internal job, when I trust myself to make good decisions and judgements my outside environment demonstrates this.

With my life going into complete chaos, I had to retreat to the safety of my family, and go within for a bit.
