haha yea i stayed at a nice hotel in bogota and the breakfast was normal for foreigners too.. i actually havent eaten sancocho!! i have to ask my bf to take me out to eat it one day, maybe it is more popular in bogota, or i have eaten it and didnt realize it!!!

We just spent two days in a region with amazing coffee, i agree i think its the best!!

nothing spicy! except my bf's best friend makes salsa, and its spicy, i tell him to sell it to all the foreigners he could corner the market with it, just for all the tourists that want some good kick. To me, a menu del dia, with some spice is perfect!!

hahah.. oh i have never been to norway, but i imagine its not that spicy there either!
