Does anyone else remember that little diddy growing up?

How does your garden grow? With silver bells and cockle shells?

My garden does not grow like this. My garden is growing out of a compost pile and full of weeds, I thought. They ended up being herbs such as yerba buena and mint.

There is a plantain tree mixed with squash. The squash plant currently has about five significant squash growing and will be soon to harvest. Yet the plant has taken over that corner of the yard. It was so out of control that I had to turn it back around, so I did not step on the stems.

I refuse to cut this plant or move it. It is producing food.

I am not a gardener. I grew up on a farm, but my thumb is very brown. The garden is growing out of the previous owner’s love for the garden.

Plantain trees freshly trimmed!
