How to Make the Perfect Cup of Coffee

For the past two weeks, I have been on a mission. It is simple, but it requires hard work and dedication.

The mission: To make a perfect cup of coffee

It’s a simple mission — except I am not such a simple creature.

Making a cup of coffee is easy. You walk to the cupboard, open the bag, put a few scoops into your chosen coffee maker, and add water or push a button.

Bam.

A few minutes later, fresh coffee?

Well, fresh, how fresh?

When were the beans picked, and where did they come from? If it is a Starbies roast, it is probably full of toxins and sourced unethically. I digress.

I understand we can’t all have a yard full of coffee. Yet if you do, you will have the answers to those questions.
