I always ask the locals the same question.. where would you eat! I also stay outside the main tourist areas in most cities due to its so expensive, and i am always on a budget! I live in a town where it is predominately Colombian tourists and all the foreign tourists go to the much more popular Jardin! I have not been to that part of Europe.. someday!
