I am also learning that lunch is the most important and biggest living in colombia. We eat our real meal then!

When i worked at the hospital and started to go outside for lunch my days got better, i would lay in the grass and eat and come back refreshed. Taking a real lunch i think is so important, it does seem like the french have it right!
