i am sure working in the nicu is so much diff than adults. I used to do software upgrade help for epic.. and everytime i would go to the NICU i wondered why i didn't choose that instead! It always gave me a feeling of calmness.. i know it can get crazy a friend of mine used to tell me, but i am sure that helps.
