I am working on balance, i am so bad at it.. but lately i have just decided to not worry and do what i want and what i enjoy.. and i enjoy reading and writing.. but first, i have my coffee, or lemon water, do what i need to make me feel more grounded, and when i feel ready i open my laptop.. i have been listing to a lot of books, and walking a lot more.. and just slowing down, the world is crazy and the energy is a little crazy i am sure it is affecting you also without you realizing it.
