i completely agree with you in regards to a scale. I used to be obsessed like you, and had to stay a certain weight or lower. Then i ditched the scale and realized if i feel yucky, go do something active. I have gained weight, but i look and feel way healthier than i did when i obsessed! i refuse to let a scale determine my happiness. Can you block the notifications? I would be so annoyed with the reminders also!!
