I hate the people you are describing, that is how most of the gringos are in Medellin as well, but in your small town, that is so unfortunate.

Since when do people feel they are entitled, they are the visitors in another country. This is the problem with so many leaving the US, they do not adapt, they expect to everyone to bend to them. These are the people who should stay in the US.

Just reading that it is happening in a small town such as your is making me upset.

I sometimes sit and wonder who the gringos are when i am in Medellin, so easy to spot haha!!

In my town I am the only gringa from the US, that i know of.
