I have been in this situation a million times! Sometimes pushing through is just the little things, and overcoming things even if in your head. Following your intuition is huge.

I JUST did something very uncharachertistic today also. my article today is a bit different and i am a little nervous about it, but better to be bold and see than hold back i guess! And then i read your article.. which seemed very very fitting as always:)
