i have been reading about this problem a lot recently.. and it is so sad, as i have worked with so many homeless but now its a new level, and the drugs they get addicted to are even worse. my heart aches for these people.. and yet it seems each politician says they will help but then this population continues to grow and get worse, and nothing is done.

Its funny i havent seen the level of this issue in other countries, only the rich western countries.. i mean its not funny its pathetic really.
