I have had all of this happen to me in France as well.. I always walk away and they get pissed at me, i just keep walking when they see i dont play their game. I am so happy I havent seen any of these tricks in Colombia, or maybe i ignore it!!

I pee all the time, I would be in every restaraunt with 100 bottles of water! I have a new habit here of just walking into a restaraunt and finding a bathroom ..almost anywhere, i feel i have been in latin america too long, i would rather go then be told its not allowed 😂then i will buy an empanada... but i have never had an issue.
