I have never knew there was a name for what i did for so long.. I was the unreliable narrator and felt like a fake for so many years.. mainly knowing i was teachign others how to be healthy and i felt like a fraud. such a great realization.

I think it held me back from so much.. i always want to portray who i really am, and not just the story of "who i want to be". so great..
