I have suffered from undiagnosed panic attacks most of my life, i had insomnia for about `10 years or more. I used to workout a lot since i was 18, and but i didnt actually start to heal myself until i started yoga (basically it was my moving meditation).
and started cleaning up my diet (my diet is so bad right now that i have been feeling anxiety recently). My yoga has been not daily and yesterday i resumed daily, and my daily 30-1hr walks.. i def feel better!
I completely relate to this article panic attacks are crazy esp when there is no explanation. Except in our heads. I was in therapy for years also. I am glad you have moved past them, and know what to do if you experience them in the future.
