i have to admit, if my job didn't give me time off i would quit, i think it is BS that the US doest give new mothers as much time as they need off. I don't have or want children, but that doesn't mean i don't honor and value those who choose to have them. I think families are the backbone of the future and supporting and helping the family unit foster should be included in the US moral code. Oh wait we don't have one, and i think that is a huge issue of what is happening in the States now.

Just like i think that most companies in the US only approve 2 week vacations, even if you have 7 weeks saved up!! 'I have quit jobs that refused to give me time off, but i know that is not possible for everyone, yet i think standing up for what we are owed, is a small way to envoke change. I also left the workforce beause i refuse to take part in a broken system.
