I heard from an old colleague the other day that almost all of the experienced nurses left the bedside at the hospital i worked at for remote jobs or out patient jobs. Why, because the hospital was enforcing new regulations that basically takes out any personality at work. WTF wants to work for a company that wants you to be a robot!

Agree most people want to work, but not in a soul crushing job, I for sure don't! I am one of the few trying to make it online also!
