I honestly have no idea what it feels like to lose a parent as an adult, so i have no advice. I can tell you it doesnt get easier, and it does at the same time.. which i know is not helpful, as none of it makes sense. Kind of what you are going through... I have days still after many years where i can break down for no reason.
