I kept mine to myself until about a year.. then i started talking about it.. My brother also has a drinking problem, but we all know.. he knows i am sober, but i also feel that it is not my place to tell him what to do, all you can do is lead by example.. People will see you not drinking without you having to mention it and then start opening up without you having to do anything. At least that is what has happened to me, except my brother he hasn't...yet.

My friends always told me i didnt have a problem, they just wanted me to stay there drinking buddy.

Congrats on 33 days. Do what you need to maintain your sobriety.. writing is a good outlet!
