i never knew that you were supposed to pick fruit before it gets ripe, until my boyfriend and his mother told me this!! I have a lemon/mandarin tree in my yard and we pick them green, so good!

We make limonada-or gondolo (spelling wrong) but the Colombian lemonade with panela, so good!!
