i quit all caffeine in november, including chocolate and felt great(but a little deprived). December back on caffeine just to see what my body did.. I felt like shit all of december. This month i made a compromise.. I realized in missed tea. So now i am off coffee but drink tea and have chocolate. I feel way better and don't feel like i am depriving myself of all caffeine like i did in November.
You just have to figure out what works for you and how you feel!
