i struggle with taking breaks also, i am currently so behind here due to travels and visiting my family. I also got sick with a sinus infection two days prior to leaving colombia. Now that i am at my sisters, outside of boston i can not stop sneezing, and coughing!

I wanted to run and i have done nothing but chill, and try to not cough. Tonight we are leaving to head south, but i am stressed with all the notifications i have and the need to write. I am def wired similar to you! I will have to go for a long walk when we get to our destination so i can relax.
