i totally forgot you were a nurse!! YESS you know exactly how it is.. We both made the best choice, to nomad around!

It is so sad, and it is worse because we are an aging population, it just breaks my heart to think about the patients, and those who want to do good!

I never realized the seasoned nurses were called "silverback"!! it is such a sad state of affairs to see them pushed out, I learned so much from the seasoned nurses, when i think about why i was good at my job it was my mentors, hands down, the season nurses who groomed me and took me under their wings.

OH magnet, I worked for two in LA, and it is a joke!!!
