I used to always be super healthy and then drink so much alcohol, i was a walking hypocrit.. Now that i cut out alcohol, i feel more balanced. I also did an elimination diet years ago, best thing. I am not vegan but more in tuned with what is good /bad for my body. I eat mostly plants, but not restrictive. Beign too restrictive for me was a trigger for control, and i noticed the more strict i was the more i drank.. so working on balance..
you are def not boring! I choose going to bed early and going on long walks vs the club anyday!!
