it happens all the time here.. luckily for me my boyfriend always watches when i pay to make sure i get the local price, and he is a local so we do.. but if he is not with me, he tells me if it seems unfair it is and walk away. Yet it is how it is here, and almost everywhere i have traveled. If i was in their position i might do the same thing.. who knows.
