It is so interesting how music always brings up direct memories almost like you are transported back in time!!

I learned about almost all these bands from my "cool" older cousins.. I also remember the time when I had a CD collection of over 50 and my evil family finding them, including Pearl Jam, STP, Soungarden everythign 90's grunge.. and reading the lyrics.. they burned every single CD.. I have never forgiven them.. I know i should, but i refuse.. it was like taking my childhood and ripping it away from me.. when i hear any of the songs on the albums i think of that day they tore into my collection.. I still love every song and think of it as revenge that I still know every single word!!

Oh on a side note, the day i met Dolly Parton, was one of the greatest days of my life.. She is one of the nicest people i have ever met.....exactly as you expect.. She sang coat of many colors to me, because i told her it was my favorite song.. reminds me of my mother, and her always making my clothes:)..

So many memories .. Now i must put on some Doors and zone out!
