its not only those traveling to get it, but in colombia i can look at a woman and tell if she has had a BBL.. in colombian being curvy is seen as the holy grail, yet not everyone will be born with a huge booty. It is the worst surgery i can think of. I have worked in many plastic surgery clinics also, and will never understand it.
