Ling is memorable, no one cares what her site looks like, its always about how you make someone feel. She makes the customer feel important.

I think its a two way street, I love to read, and i love to write, and the whole point of my site is to inspire others, how can i inspire if i didnt respond to comments. Most of the time i have more fun and learn so much in my comment section vs my blog. My blog is just my thoughts, the comments is where i can read your thoughts, your feeling, and get to know you more as a person and develop a connection to someone who i might never of connected with before.
