don't apologize for the way you live your life!! i have noticed i have been doing this also, and i am kind of annoyed that i pander to everyone, i can't anymore it is diminishing my light.. .

If it takes you 2 hours in the morning to do what you want..do it.. never ever let someone dim your light because they chose differently.

No one knows our story our life, they will just judge from their perspective.

I also apply sunscreen daily to prevent wrinkles!!!! I don't burn, but im getting old hahah! Luckily i have thick eastern european skin that never ages.
