I have been saying i need to do this for so long... i completely understand the anxiety and stress when i dont get dressed, as I usually am rushing around to get dressed before my bf gets home from work, so he doesnt think i was ¨lazy¨all day, even if i am working. Its not the same.

I love the idea of getting up to walk, coming home shower and get the day started. Once I get back home I will try this out, when I am on vacation I get dressed early, maybe the trend will continue!!
