my cousin lives north of nashville and sent me an article about this.. i think it is a great idea. Hopefully it works and decreases drunk driving, but i doubt that will happen. Who knows if it will work, there are already so many back payments for child support will this just add to that pile.. Will be intersting to see what happens in the future.
