oh i have worked with sooo many like that, and let me tell you I have let management know as well. Then they always assume i am docile sweet and on their side, they inform me that some bitch nurse wrote them up. I just say oh no how awful.

I would of done the exact same thing you did. i cant be bothered to deal with that, that is why i was never a manager, or on my way up the clinical ladder. I would inform management and let them do their own follow up.
