oh you just made me miss Colombia!!! yes i personally think the fruits are fresher in Colombia as for the reason you know where they come from, usually a town over.

In Israel depends where you go, and certain fruits such as watermelon are hands down the best.. but whether or not they are sprayed with pesticides depends where you buy them just like the US.. but also in Colombia it is local but i have seen so many farmers spray the crops with pesticides too...

With that said, I miss Colombia I will most likely go home to the US and either resume my search for land in Colombia or another SA country, or Central A.. but yes my heart is in Latin A for sure!!! depending on if i can get a long term visa or not, they have changed the rules again!!!
