Same!! I think when people are disrespectful in general or generalize I usually get my "this don't feel right" sense tingling.

I always talk about leaving the US, but it is also still my home. I want when people meet other Americans, for them to say good things. I feel that for me traveling, it is my duty to represent where i am from positively. Even if I do not live there, it is still my home, my families home, and home of so many of whom i cherish.

We are also children of the world, we see things on a broader scale.
