so many times i have said no more and had more, but yes you have all of us the sober medium community to support you.. we understand falling and getting back up... i am sure we have all done it, and from reading most of those you mentioned, i know they all have as well.

It takes a village, and it is one day at a time, and do not beat yourself up about anything.. i had 9 months and met a guy.. and started right back up.. then i stopped dating realizing that was a trigger.. thank goodness my bf now is supportive!! Soda water all around:)
