That is awful, yet i am not surprised! I think if you stay in the hospital then you will always feel this way but i hope i am wrong,, since the shortage of nurses.i have heard just got worse the past year. I know i get emails daily about travel nurses needed. They should start treating you guys better especially since you got them through COVID.. It really makes me sad that it is just getting worse.

The only jobs i felt appreciated at was the little clinics I worked at.
