the only way i can avoid burnout in anything.. is not over due it.. which i still do, but i am more aware.. I have been on medium since 9, it is 12.. an hour longer than planned.. so after this comment, i will work on a project that i plan to dedicate 2 hours to today..
I was going to garden, but mother nature is crying, sideways! So I will enjoy the sounds of her, and onto a new project!
Burnout at work is a very toxic and real feeling. In the hospital when i left, there was no support for employees with burnout, excpet "take a day off". The thought of going back into the hospital and gives me anxiety.. so i am working on how to never have to!
