…y in Australia and it does get cold here in the wintertime (occasionally it will get down to around 20 F for you American readers, which is about -7 C — and it’s bloody cold with the standard insulation that most older Australian homes have, because up until something like 20 years ago, there were no legal requirements for insulation in this country when building new houses).
