this is one of the main reasons i will not return to the US also!! Albania is on my list to visit, i have heard its amazing, and as a US citizen i can stay for a year!!!

So true how most of us never talk to our neighbors in the the US, and the thought of helping out something is just out of the question! Luckily i too have changed after living abroad and for the better!
