“Everything that slows us down and forces patience, everything that sets us back into the slow circles of nature, is a help. Gardening is an instrument of grace.” – May Sarton

I have been dragging my feet on starting to plant my seeds. I have grown one plant from seed, and it was doing well until we transplanted it into the ground.

It is slowly coming back to life ( I hope), yet now I feel like a failure.

I have also planted many seeds, and soon as they start to pop through the ground, the bugs get them, or the birds eat them. It has me a little hesitant about planting any more seeds.

I began to think about my life…
