Yep.. everyone says they will move or want to but the reality is.. they might visit but to actually relocate is a different story. I live in colombia and everyone says they will visit.. but not one has came yet.. and i dont expect that too change.. and it seems like so many people move here too but in reality they come a few months and go back home.. lots of tourists.. but thats it.
