At this moment, yep living off savings/investments. Getting certified to teach english:) I just pay out of pocket for healthcare if i need it. It is cheaper once you leave the US.

I went to the doctor in Malaysia 2 years ago and it was 200 USD for a total check up + meds + bloodwork!!
